Baked Corn Supreme

This is one of my favorite dishes to make. I sometimes add green and red peppers along with onions.
1 15oz. can Cope’s corn, drain liquid
1 heaping teaspoon sugar
1 cup scalded milk
2 eggs, well beaten
Salt and Butter to taste

Raisin Wine

Here is a nice recipe that can be made with some grocery store ingredients. This recipe will make a 1 gallon batch.

2 lb raisins
1 gal warm water
2 lbs sugar
1/2 tsp yeast nutrient
4 tsps acid blend
1 campden tablet
wine yeast

starting specific gravity should be 1.090-1.095,acid .60%

30 Minute Mozzarella

This is a really fun recipe. You can have homemade mozzarella cheese in less than an hour. For extra flavor, I usually add a little powdered goat’s milk
