About 8 years ago, I received my first beer making kit. I made a few batches and was hooked. Since I already had the basic equipment, I started into making wine. I’m no “expert” on either, but I do enjoy making and drinking what I make. I also started to make my own cheese about 4 years ago. Fiqured it went well with the beer and wine. I also enjoy cooking and just another thing that goes with your own homemade wine or beer. So, that is way there are recipes here. More of a whole approach to beer, wine and food.
