Bacon Dressing Recipe
Cook 1 lb. of bacon until it is done enough that you can crumble it when it cools. Set aside.
In Mixing Bowl, combine:2C Sugar2tsp Salt2-4 Eggs (depending on size)1C White Vinegar4C Water
Preheat MD/LG Skillet, lightly greasedto med/high. Pour ingredients from mixing bowl into skillet and heat just to boiling.
Add crumbled bacon.
Add flour or cornstarch to thicken to about the consistency of gravy, and it’s done.
Traditionally, this was served over lettuce, endive, or dandelions
